Back in Action

I've been a poor poster as of late, but it doesn't seem that I've had a lot to post about in my life. It's been cold and snowy all around us so we haven't taken a lot of trips, however, we have done a bit of baking. Here's John making me his DELICIOUS peanut butter cookies. We're having our small group from church over tomorrow, so these will be perfect!

It seems my friends have had a load of great news with the new arrival a little one and another that's expecting. Congrats to you both!

Since I don't have a lot to share, I'm posting the quilt I made for the newborn. This was my first attempt at a quilt, so I know it's not perfect, but I still thought it was cute.

I really need to start carrying around my camera so I can share some of the bizarre things that I see here in Colorado. It's a different world out here! Right after I get off the computer I'm putting my camera in my purse. Stay tuned for more posts ...

I'm glad to see you posting too. Just the other day Brian and I were talking about how you haven't posted on your blog or FB recently. See, people are paying attention. :)

I think the quilt looks great. I love the fabric on the back. Do you know what it's called?

I don't know what the fabric is called, but I did get it at JoAnn's Fabrics. You can probably find it online.

P.S. Thanks for caring about my posts! My two fans are waiting with baited breath. :)

I love the quilt. If life weren't so crazy I would try to get out to Co
to meet John and have some of those cookies, PB are my favorite.

Come out any time, Diane! We would love to have you! Maybe when life slows down a bit ...
